Organizational Assessment:

Conduct talent analytics to identify areas of opportunities and risks, support in development of talent strategy based on talent analytics findings.

Organizational Structure Design:

Develop design principles and options for a macro or micro organizational structure based on the understanding of the organization's strategic intent / drivers and the industry leading practices.
