Development of Recruitment Plan:Mapping out the strategy for attracting and hiring the best qualified candidate and advertising channels to be used to achieve those goals.
Managing Interview Process:Arranging interviews with prospective candidates and managing the process of selection of the best suited candidate(s) for the available role(s).
Organizational Assessment:Conduct talent analytics to identify areas of opportunities and risks, support in development of talent strategy based on talent analytics findings.
Organizational Structure Design:Develop design principles and options for a macro or micro organizational structure based on the understanding of the organization's strategic intent / drivers and the industry leading practices.
